Bone broth can be SOOOO easy!
Because I just can’t seem to get enough bone broth!! I SERIOUSLY drink bone broth pretty much every day. I feel so much better when I have it on a regular basis and it’s SO CHEAP / easy to make.
Here’s the breakdown: (We already buy the chicken, so the bones are a leftover bonus).
The bones from two organic chickens. FREE!!
2 stalks organic celery .30
2 organic carrots 🥕 .20
2 TBSP 🍎 cider vinegar .20
1 1/2- 2 TBSP sea salt 🧂 .20
This gives me about 6, 16 oz servings. That’s a whopping .20 each! See the recipe below if you’d like to try it for yourself!

Place ingredients in Instant Pot, add water to fill line, cook on manual setting for 4 hours. (This can also be done in a Crockpot for 24 hours). Make sure to let it cool before straining and transferring to bottles. I use quart-sized mason jars and fill them about 2/3 full for the freezer.
Do you drink bone broth? If so, what kind? Do you prefer Crockpot or InstantPot?
