Your personalized supplement plan starts with a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (or N.A.Q.) An in-depth, online assessment designed to reveal which of your body systems are the most affected and give you a starting point towards getting healthy.
What do you get? In two business days, you'll receive a Symptom Burden Graph (showing which of your systems may be the most affected right now) and a report listing possible nutritional deficiencies and conditions that may come along them. I go over each report personally and use it to create a customized supplement plan just for YOUR body!
Along with your plan comes a link to FullScript, my online dispsary, where you can purchase some, all (or none) of the products I recommend for you.
